Evoking connections between ancient Greek goddesses and constellations, their mortal relationships are tested, revealing the agony and ecstasy of both mortals and gods. PM Dance Co. will present a world premiere work exploring the confines that exist all around us. Using virtuosic, precise, and fluid vocabulary, the work abstracts the human narrative by exploring the complexities of both the internal and external forces that prevent us as Americans from moving forward. Two worlds exist in one; the one in which we can always move forward and the one in which we repeatedly trap ourselves. |
